Not 100% sure what your question is?

Levels will gain you stars, you can then unlock new units. You won't have all possible units at level 11, I'm level 34 and I still have some units which I don't have. There are 162 NATO units and 158 PACT (some are just the same infrantry in a different vechicle, or a very similar unit which is just a different nationality so those numbers are not really as big as they look)

You can also get quite a few stars by doing the single player story line.

If you mean you've got unspent command stars, then just go to the armory and if you see a unit you want to start using just click on the line and then the 'unlock' button bottom right.

If you mean you've unlocked them but they are not available to build when you play a game? In that case you need to make a new deck and put the units in it which you want to use (make sure to 'activate' it once you've made it) You can create multiple decks for different game styles and when you are in the lobby at the start of a multiplayer game you can change which deck you are playing.

Each deck can only have 25 different units and a maximum of 5 of each type (e.g 5 different recon, 5 different tanks etc.) so you have to plan your decks.

If you mean the quantity of a certain type of unit which you are allowed to build during a battle then that is fixed e.g SAS in Lynx I'm allowed to build 12 during a battle. You tend to find the higher end units have lower amounts that can be built and the cheap/poorer units you can have more of. Again this is fun when building decks because you need a mix of cheap but plentiful units to use as cannon fodder with expensive units to do the killing, it's all about planning your decks.

Thank you. You hit my question. I believe I have to increase my level to get more units available.
I'll invite you as "friend" so, we might play later on.

Do the single player story mode missions, they earn you a LOT of stars

Took me a while to work out how to do it. Basically it's to teach you how to defend with little forces. I sugget the following (this will get it done but with no bonus stars)

1. Do NOT spend any income at all, ever. You start on 800 income and you need to get to 2000 so if you don't spend any of the starting money you've only got 1200 to go.

2. Send command vechicles to Quebec, Romeo and Sierra (and also keep hold of Echo with a command) You have enough because there is one at the back in Charlie which you can move. You are not going to build anything at all so losing the entry point doesn't matter and it's not worth points and all you care about is points.

3. Load up 40 of your infranty into 4 of the APCs you start with and take them to Romeo, unload them and get them in the factory that is right next to the bridge.

4. take the other 40 infrantry and get them in the factory at Echo, again as near to the bridge as you can.

5. Keep 4 AMX-30B2 at Echo, a little back from the bridge but so they overlook it. Send the other 4 AMX-30B2 to Romeo and again overlook the bridge but back a bit.

6. Do the same with the Rolands, 2 stay at Echo, 2 goto Romeo, and stay back unless you need to get a helicopter and then move down to the river (but DO NOT cross the bridge) once they've killed the helicopters drop them back again.

7. Take 4 APCs and put in one of the forests near the front of Sierra, preferably one that overlooks the bridge (these are going to die but their job is just to slow down an attack, stay in the forest make it hard to kill you)

8. The other 4 APCs I put in the forest east of Romeo, they are going to come down that road from the bridge up by Sierra, again these APCs job is to slow stuff down.

9. Keep your Gazelle HOTs as a firefighting team and swap between Echo and Romeo as needed, don't push too far forward and don't get shot down. Make sure to keep going to the FOB if your anti tank rockets run out.

10. Hold on, just defend, sod that secondary mission of taking that hill, just sit here and gather points. It's close you will eventually get over run but with some careful micro management you will make the 2000 points.

Good luck
