i tried to verify cache and one item failed
every time i try to play the first mission it freezes up i was told to verify cache it said something failed to verify what do i do

It should automatically donwload the file. If no download is started, choose another steam download region.

Steam (in the top left hand corner) -> settings -> Downloads -> download region
You may need to choose it more than once.
