wont lload the first mission

i try to load the first mission but before it can load if freezes but occasionally moves a little showing me it is trying to load any tips on a fix

Try to lower the graphic settings - switch from Dx11 to 9 or vice versa. Verify the cache (steam library, right-click the game, properties, local files, verify)

where would i go to lower graphic settings

main menu -> options - then scroll down to "Video" - choose "Very Low" at "Presets" - if this works, go for "Low" and see if it still works.

Anyway, go to http://systemrequirementslab.com/cyri , choose Wargame European Escalation and see if you can run it at all. If you should be able to play, please enter C:\\users\<your_username>\Saved Games\EugenSystems\WarGame and post the content of your Option.ini here
