Blood Bowl is a faithful transition of the tabletop game to the screen. This game handles many of the fiddly bits of the tabletop game for you, and is fairly good. Even for a relative newcomer to the game, it is fairly easy to pick up (unlike the ball) and tends to give you explanations for why things went hilariously wrong. That said, if you want those explanations you'll have to read the dice log - things aren't handed to you.
With a very little bit of offline reading (there are several good sites and Youtube videos which explain the more complicated aspects) you'll have a blast.
The game has run pretty stable for me, and I've encountered very few bugs (though there are some graphical glitches I've seen). There seem to be features that are incompletely implemented, but nothing that has hurt my enjoyment of the game.
