Something I don't quite understand about the seasons
It's actually been a while since I've played but I always keep it installed becuase I love the concept of the game.

What kinda frustrates me (or I don't understand) is, WHY when I start a "new season" I believe it is, do I only get "1000 points" to spend on my roster and "cheats" while the CPU "ALWAYS gets "1200" points to spend.

I feel like every time I try to play the game I'm at a disadvantage right from the start and I egt frustrated with it because I lose more of the time.

Am I doing something wrong? I've read through the online rulebook (it's been a while) but in a lot of ways it's not too helpful. I need to go through it again.

Hey Fluxion

That is actually a part of the game, unfortunately. Everyone starts at higher TV because its supposed to raise the "difficulty" for the player. It's not the best way to do it but its manageable. The developers AFAIK did this when there was complaints about fresh teams being used by the computer were too easy to fight against.

You aren't doing anything wrong, its just how the system is implemented.

TYVM for your reply. Well, now I know that this is how the game is supposed to be played and I'll learn to deal with it. I think I'm going to go back and fire the game back up right now and "re-learn" it.

I should print the manaul out really... so much to remember about all the different moves and everything all the different teams can do. No wonder people are still playing this game.

Hey, (since I now vaule your opinion, LOL) do you think it's worth the upgrade to the Chaos Ed. while it's on sale for $7.50. It'd be $10 to do even through the company. Well, really, I guess it's not an upgrade, it's just outright buying the new version of the game.
