Mission: High Elves vs Dark Elves

So, I am at the mission where I play with high elves against dark elves, the one where you have to foul (which I have done in abundance with little success)

Now, my problem is that I HAVE to make 2 touchdowns, but every time the dark elves have the ball, they form a ring around the ballholder, that I can't break through, because my players are all bad at blocking.

I can't stall them because I HAVE to make 2 touchdowns and can't afford to waste turns on standstills, winning the game isn't enough.

What should I do? Just let them score and never let go of the ball, when I get it?

I did this one but I forgot the details i have some ideas though but I can't promise they'll work.
Don't foul unless you have more to gain from it than the avrage foul.
Try to defend your line when they slip through with the ball there's less numbers for you to deal with.
If there defending a player gang up on every one not doing that.
