Is it possible to slow down the AI? - and, keyboard shortcuts

I would like to play it more like the board game. That is, with the AI playing step by step moves as an human opponent would do; declaring moves, rolling, and the like. I would like to be able to acknowledge any step so to see everything it does.
Why? To have a better feel for the game, to re-learn some details I might have missed, and enjoy. :)

I could not find anything like that in the settings though.

Also, I'd love to know all the keyboard shortcuts and I wasn't able to find them. I had to search the forums to realize I can hit "b" to make a blitz - one where I attack first, then move. For instance. Is there any videogame manual available? I could only file the Blood Bowl rules - which I know by heart - but not the videogame manual. Thank you!
