Buggy.

Sometimes it says everything is happy, even when the city isn't developing. Only when I click on one of the four industry buttons does it tell me there is a problem, rather than color-coding the icons like it's supposed to do.

Also, it saves when it should load, load when it should save, and the icon for both on the options menu is THE SAME BUTTON. What crackhead decided on that one?
