What do you think of this game?
Personally I was enticed to buy it because you are able to play along to your music. The game itself is actually kind of bland and weak. I think I will just play another puzzle game with my Itunes in the background.

Under failed there are two options "Restart" and "Go Home". They're just really well hidden.

The problem I was having in the demo was that frequently it felt like I was losing and there wasn't anything I could do about it. For instance the bomb blocks would spawn and then promptly be surrounded by blocks of another color and were thus unclearable. Or generally the screen would just fill with unusable patterns at a fairly fast rate so that by the time I was more than two or three minutes into a song larger and larger portions of the screen would be completely worthless.

I think this game flat out sucks. I don't care if you're a member of Mensa, you've got two options with this game: Play slow music or fail. I've never met anyone who considers me bad at video games in general, but I found this game to be poorly-designed and frustratingly difficult. The screen fills up entirely too fast to juggle all the crap going on, and like Falterfire said, the bomb blocks add even more difficulty to a game that didn't need to get any harder. I can only work with the blocks the game gives me, and all it gives me is stuff I can't work with. You can press Tab to shift entire columns of blocks, but all that does it slow me down even further while more blocks pile up on the screen. Like the original poster, I was enticed to purchase this one because I love games that utilize my own music library. But this one doesn't even utilize it well. It heavily incorporates the beat of the music into the game, but it doesn't properly detect the rhythm of the songs. I should have been smart and played the demo before I threw this pocket change out the window, because a cursory playthrough of this game reveals how bad it is.

Well, I really like to play Rhythm games and also play Puzzle games, so this was quite interesting for me. I tried the demo and well, I was really disappointed. I tried a few songs but the game's just hard and doesn't fit with the music.

Every 1/8 beat (or something) it would spawn a block. The problem is that it spawns too fast so that you can have half of the screen filled in a matter of seconds. The bigger problem is that the colors are randomly spawned and it's quite against me when playing. Often I would have a full screen with no possibility to remove anything. Breaking 1-2 blocks takes away points and adds a black block which disappears after some time. Doesn't help at all!

I think I'll pass this game.

Well I bought it when it went on sale before trying it, and even at the sale price I would not buy.

Well, thanks for the replies to the OP guys, I will be staying away from this one.

The game has a problem of reading like 5 or 6 beats in on second. I don't think it'd be too much of an issue if you didn't have to select every individual freaking block every time, it just takes way too long to actually get combos ready to go and by the time you see them and select them you've probably already lost. This isn't the case on the casual difficulty, but casual is too easy and the others are a bit too difficult. If it was click to remove all like colors touching instead of select everything, and for every combo you get it created a timer for when it was at the top so you wouldn't lose if you actually getting things done, similar to what they did in Pokemon Puzzle League, except blocks woudl still spawn but you wouldn't lose as long as your combo meter stayed up. But unless such a drastic change was made, the game isn't worth playing.

I personally think it was a waste of $1.50 as every one said its way to hard and when your dead tired at 1 in the frikin morning it doesnt help that you cant just click on one cluster and remove it. i would never recoment this game to anyone it was well thought out but the fact you sellect every single block just to clear a space of 3 is stupid and not very pratical i dought i will play this game again unless they change the fact you select every single block to cleat a cluster. when i saw the game i thought oh hey a cheep game i can just click and win but i played 2 songs and said im done im going to just play minecraft

I tried the demo of this, and (much like Beat Hazard) it was exciting to play a game that went along to music that I already enjoy. However, there were two major flaws that made me not even bother finishing the 10 track demo. One was that it didn't even recognize "beats" in certain types of music. The far bigger flaw was that the game regularly put me in situations where I had no choice but to watch myself lose. I didn't understand what the "tab" feature did because the game never explained it to me (I think...?). I didn't understand why some squares were totally blank. I just got to sit there and watch while the screen filled up with unmatchable blocks and bombs.

Good game but I faced some songs' best score always same point and same person.

I got Turba in a developer giveaway, and I'm very disappointed in it. I tried several songs, but they didn't seem to affect the game at all. I felt like I was playing a game and listening to music rather than playing a music game.
