Conversation Bug Right At The Beginning

Is anyone else getting a bug right at the begnning of the game after speaking to the first pirate and you get locked in the ship? This has happened to me twice (I haven't saved any games yet) where he speaks all the conversation possibilities without me even clicking on anything!
