also thank you so much for building this delightful condo right next to a volcano it has only burned down 16 times yet I still keep moving back in!

I REFUSE to live in your paltry free housing government mansion! Curse you El Prisidente! Stop bulldozing my beautiful SHACK! Keith and I shall curse you till the end of days! Without our shacks, how will we ever keep complaining that we only get to live in shacks?! So what if the rent is free and there are open spots in 50 high end apartment buildings with central heating and community pools. SHACK LIFE REPRESENT!!!!

My El Presidente is an expert politician and economic planner. By the 1990's Tropico had 4 ports to export lots of popular products. All the nations love him and the government is swimming in cash. Over 2 million dollars.

Not only that, El Presidente managed to not swindle a single cent to fill his own Swiss bank account, but instead giving the people of Tropico good schools, houses, and high paying jobs.
