Buy Tropico 4 or 5?

I'd go with Tropico 4 Collector's Edition for now.

Also, keep in mind that Tropico isn't a city builder like SimCity or Anno: it's a citizen management game where your primary tools are buildings. Whereas SimCity might be all about managing numbers, managing resources, and managing utilities/services coverage, Tropico is more about managing a fairly large amount of AI citizens all the problems that could arise as a result (homelessness, wealth distribution, education distribution, religious dissatisfaction, political tendencies).

go to indiegala.com and look at their bundle pack, it comes with trop 3 and trop 4, and a ♥♥♥♥ ton of other games for just $4.99
