the keycode i got from steam refucing to work any idea how to get a new one ?

I have the same problem. I've played this game before, uninstalled it months ago then reinstalled it this evening. Now it's telling me my keycode is already in use yet it remembers my email and password from my previous installation. Who should I contact for this? Steam or the manufacturer?

I contacted the game developer and they fixed it the problem in less than a day

Same here, this is freaking disgusting. I've never even used the launcher before, because the last time I played dungeons there WAS no launcher. -_-

it was the last time i purchase a game with steam, fed up with invalid activaion key!...it's incredible needing search how to run a game you just PAY!...i have no time to spend with it so go to HELL

If anyone wants to get a new steam key for Dungeons, take a screencap of your activation key on steam, and send it to Kalypso. Or, take a picture of your key on your box if you bought a box.

I'm having this problem as well...so all I gotta do is send a screen cap to Kalypso., right?

You can TRY to send them a screencap, but they were absolute ♥♥♥♥♥ to me about this. I still haven't resolved my problem with the game, because they were incredibly unhelpful. I'm boycotting Kalypso, personally. They make MICROSOFT and EA's customer service seem good. And if you've ever dealt with either company, you know they can be a pain in the ♥♥♥. Their requests are perfectly reasonable, though. But it was like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge my key(s), and THEN they wanted a screencap, and just... uuuuuuugh. Seriously, they were TERRIBLE. I gave up. They don't care about their customers AT ALL.
