Daily Updates-Bug

This crap begs to be uninstalled.
Every time i start Steam it tries to download an update for this game. It downloads ca. 140kb. It does it even when i deactivate automatic updates.
Is there another way to stop this but to uninstall this game?

I have the same issue. Its annoying.

Even Uninstallation did not helped.
But i found the solution (for me):
There seems to be a bug in the "appmanifest"-files.
- Go to the SteamApps folder and delete appmanifest_57620.acf
- you may need to shut down Steam first
- uninstalling the game may not need to be necessary
- when not uninstalled: Steam will very likely need to download at least this file again

For the Rise of a Dynasty addon you need to do the same, the corresponding file name for that is appmanifest_57730.acf.
