After that I work my way up to alderman and start researching/founding all the other towns. All towns up and running, I start ramping up production evenly across every town. I put together a spreadsheet that places 57 buildings in each town and produces everything.
At this point I have convoys dedicated to supporting the production of goods that require other inputs. One for each the clothing, fish, meat, pelts, mteal goods, etc. Then I dedicate convoys to each city from a hub in the west and a hub in the east... usually Bruges and Danzig - they load from the hub and drop off at the city I named them for and take back whatever it produces to the hub.
