Arkham City - Key Problem

Instal that game and use my key. But when i want activate my game in GFWL, i get message "that key used by different account". But i activate that key only on my profile. Besides, I have all my achievements, but have not my saves. What is that!? Help, please!

Had exactly the same issue, been trying for the past month on http://forums.xbox.com/gfw/technical_support/default.aspx for a solution but nobody seems to answer at all ! The tweet GFW feed are quick to answer but can't answer any questions, but at least they answer.

Once you have Windows Live installed, exit the game and shut down your computer. Then, start
it up again, and paste the code. I've done this and it worked for me. Hope I helped!

Have the same problem already for 6 months or more and warner points to Microsoft Microsoft points to steam and other way around. They just suck in giving support. Called Microsoft and they just say you didn't buy through marketplace so we don't help you.

If you need a new CD-Key, email wb games' support email. I did it and they deactivated the old one and gave me a new one. All turned out well for me.
