Does DLC Install With GOTY Edition?

I purchased the original version with all the DLC. Downloading all those packs and such has been quite the hassle when dealing with GFWL. I was wondering if I purchased the Steam version of the GOTY edition that when I install it all the DLC will install as well, not forcing me to go through GFWL to download it all.

I'm fairly certain that thats how it works (this was what happened when I got Arkham Asylum GOTY).
