GOTY Isn't in my library.
So I bought the GTOY edition to have all the DLCs but not only was it pending all night, but it's not in my Steam library. Do I need to give Valve more money than I should have needed to get his game, or what? I have no idea why this is so please help me.

Yeah I've logged off Steam, logged off Windows, restarted the computer, I've done everything I can think of. By the way the just found out it's still in my shopping cart...

I guess PayPal just didn't work or something cause when I used my Debit card it worked just fine...
