Retail keys not working
I have the twoface retail version with an AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE style CD key and Steam absolutely, positively refuses to recognise it.

What's going on?

Same here. I'm hoping we don't need to buy the game again to get the GFWL removal patch.

I noticed that steam doesn't show your CD keys for Arkham city anymore. However, you do get a CD key with the game of the year version.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem here. Had this game sitting on disc for ages - securom putting me off installing. But the key ain't being recognised. :yawn:

Same problem here. Judging by a post on the neogaf forums WB Games is having trouble updating the retail versions. I've spoken to steam support but they've been less than helpful on the matter, I think they know about the same as us about all this.

Same here, I can't add Arkham City to my steam library, I always get the message my key is invalid

Yeah same here. I've got the 25 character key and it's comming up with Invalid Key aswell. I hope they fix it soon it's been nearly a week now.

I have the same issue. I got mine from http://us-samsung.gamesplanet.com/ as part of an SSD purchase.

Retail copy keys still not being recognized? Darn, it's almost as if they're expecting us to double dip and buy the digital edition over STEAM -.-

GFWL isnt ending until next year, wanted to get in a get the missing achievements, cant instal.......arghh.
