Keyboard and mouse does not respond

Hi, I downloaded game via Steam, I launched it, but my keyboard does not respond while I'm in the game (except for the Windows button) and I can click with the mouse only in menu, when I start a game, no response and I have no idea why. I already tried to reinstall the game, it's still the same. (Note: In the game I have normal Windows cursor, not any special Batman cursor like there was in Arkham Asylum, maybe it could help). Thanks for any advice.
