ya its a great game and should be inducted into the free to play section!

perhaps like after 5 years a game can be free to play.
Hybelkaninen 8 ott 2012, ore 21:14, download the demo and try it out. The Penumbra games are very good, Frictional deserves every penny for them.

If i get more people to agree, I might see if I could vote for it on greenlight or email Frictional Games.

Hmm...tough, Penumbra is a fun game. I think people should try it out and see what they think. The game might be worthy enough to become free :)

People seem to have missed "Free2Play for a weekend or something".
Maybe, but I know it's not really everyone's cup of tea. But I guess that's the point of free weekends, to allow people to try out a game and buy it if they like it.

No, just no. I don't really think it should be completely free just because it's old. If all old games became free, game sales in general would go down because there would be many people who would keep to playing only the free games. They would end up getting enough entertainment from just the many free games that they would actually buy less new games, hurting the industry.

some people ae saying yes and some people are saying no both in which are hard to choose between because of the lack of knowledge of the game but if it werent for pewdiepie what would i would have no clue what penumbra was and probably instead of typing this would be looking at the game in the store. You know that Frictional Games released Overture's source code, right?

Iv brought the game, i see why it shouldnt go Free2Play i guess
Lord Krabman ✘O 1 nov 2012, ore 9:38
Absolutely not.
Being free for a whole weekend would allow most people to complete it.
Frictional deserves all the money they can get, and this would make any sales plummet down.
Single player games should never get free weekends.
