i want my money back steam....
It turns out if your graphics card is old you cant play this and also i didnt want to buy this, i was gunna buy Tf2 items...............

if you downloaded the demo first to feel the game play first yourself and see how it runs on your pc you could have save yourself alot of headache.

But you didn't wanted this game at the first place, that doesn't explain anything to the problem. The question in this comment is you 'accidentally' bought this game when you wanted to buy TF2 items. How the ♥♥♥♥ did you manage to do that?

Yeh how did you do that!? I think it is almost such an achievement that you managed to buy this instead of TF2 items that you should get your money back regardless!

so your graphics card is good enough to run the demo but not good enough to run the complete game? this is kind of do not make any sense. the graphics quality in the demo and the complete game are exactly the same.

this sounds like you just bought this by accident and now want a full refund because you want the tf2 items. just be a man about it, admit your mistake and try to explain everything in an email to frictional and steam, maybe you get partial refund at least. which is more then nothing.

i like this game because it is really different than other games that have weapons.

this is one good scary game of all the scary game i have played because you have to hide and run, and the ambiance and sound effect, puzzle is really good.

they have done a good job just like the other games they have done like Penumbra series

it is always depend on how you want to see a game scary.

i give 4 to 5

Submit a ticket to Steam and ask for a refund. There's a chance you either get a your money back or not. Tell them what happened and what's the problem. If you don't know how to request a refund, just:

1) Search "Steam Refund" from Google

or

use this link:

2) https://support.steampowered.com/kb_cat.php?id=60
