Strange Lags Caused By Audio Clips
Just very recently, my game would give a hard jolting lag before a sound plays, including footsteps and collision sounds. For example, if I threw a vase, it'd halt just above the ground, the sound of it hitting the ground plays, then the animation continues on. If the broken fragments of the vase hit anything hard enough to make a sound, more lags occur. I changed my quality settings, but that didn't seem to make any difference.
