This is nothing new. Its part of the engine. Accept that.

Is there any way to fix this?

What do you mean by "fix"? It's not a bug. It is necessary for the game to run.

I can not play the game if it freezes every time I move the mouse in the tiniest way. I need to move my mouse or I just wasted $20.

i have the game and it runs smooth and i have no problem with mouse movement and i'm only using a notebook with HD4000 intergrated graphics chip,

and when people say things like this they are lying " This is nothing new. Its part of the engine. Accept that." What do you mean by "fix"? It's not a bug. It is necessary for the game to run...

Sorry, I overread that Amnesia is freezing, not the Mouse... I never lie in these forums... but maybe you. Steam says you do not own Amnesia: The Dark Descent... (I don't think so, but well...)

Tried to alt-tab to see if some error messages are open in background?

Have you tried to use the taskmanager (or process manager)? Because, maybe your computer can't handle the game... (not because it is to slow, but for unknown reasons)
