Low Frame Rate!

So I just got Amnesia the dark descent and I'm trying to make a video series of it. Now it starts up normaly, The frame rate is good until I'm near a monster, the frame rate drops to about 1-3 Frames per sec, when before, it was at 10-20 Frames per sec. My PC Came out same year this game did. Is there anything I can do about it? I've tried lowering the quality and Disabled "SSAQ" or whatever its called. Help anyone?

10-20 is not good. It is playable, but good is 24 and above... excellent is 60 and above...
What are your specs? "My PC Came out same year this game did." is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You could also buy a computer in 2013 which can't handle this game...

So: Name your specs and the graphical options you use.

My options that I use for the game:
Resolution: 680X480(Somewhere around there)
Quality: Low
SSAQ:Disabled
Yes but the thing that I don't understand is that I was just playing Metro 2033 In good quality, it was on medium quality, and the resolution was 1280x720. And it played well, but not for amnesia

Man, that Intel Graphics it is your main problem...
WIth $50-$80 you can buy a 30x better video card!

Well thanks for your guys help, but I started playing on my laptop, and The frame rate was 20-30 when I was near a monster. I'm fine but now I have another problem, My screen is upside down when I play it. I keep trying to press ctrl+alt+Arrow key To change the screen, but it didn't work. Know anything about that?

I play at 1080p maxed out (GTX650 Ti). It runs at 60fps mostly, but some times frame rate drops below 25fps even though its visuals are below average. IMO this game is not optimized well enough.
