2 problems!!

i cant launch full conversion mods it just says "failed to init steam" its the same when i launch the exe in the install directory. Amnesia will launch when i push play on steam. Problem 2 is my custom stories wont save it they dont save and i cant run as administrator wre becasue the .exe isnt woking. Im on windows 10 i think iv heard there is a problem but im not sure. anyway thanks to whoever can help or trys to help
