Can't connect to Dota 2 network today!

I can't Connect on dota 2 network. I'm from the Philippines. Are they having a maintenance or something?

right click your dota 2 game click properties and then go to updates and un-checkmark enable steam steam cloud sychonization for dota 2 should work from there:)
