Is the new drop system bugged??
I have friends wich are like 8-10 lvl and they have Arcana drop level..I am level 49 and i have same drop.My other friend is lvl 208 and he has same drop rate?? Wtf is that??? please fix it..something like 1-15 common,16-30 uncommon,31-70 rare,71-150 mythical,151-200 legendary and more than 200 lvl arcana...what do u think?

yeah, i think its will be fair. lvl 20 arcana? lol valve.

Just think of it as an anti-smurfing bonus.

ok its:

level 1 - commons
level 2 - uncommons
level 3 - rares

and so on until arcana wich is a very very rare drop.
