Why I can't play DOTA 2? :((

when starting dota 2, I just only see training progress and there is no tab like home, play, community. Why? Can so explain it to me? :((
Even my friend sent me the invitation, I still cannot find those tabs anywhere :((

have you ever played dota before on this account, if not you cant play dota because the game forces you to play thougth a tutorial mission so you dont annony the hell out of other players and know atleast something about the game

i can see the tabs, but cant findmatch, its only training mode, but nothing to click on, no tower for playing the training :( , no tower that shows DK

If you start the game for the first time with this account you are forced to do the tutorial, but the map is bugged, i hope they will fix it soon.

and if you can only see the training list that is another bug,open the console and type dota_full_ui 1 command to fix it...but you might still cant see any tutorial missions on the map,like me.
i hope that dota2 team can fix that bug asap cause it's REALLY ANNOYING!

Since you're new to steam, i'll give you some steps:
1. Go to your "Library" tab and right click dota 2, then click on "Properties."
2. In the first tab (General), click "Set launch options."
3. In the launch options, type "-console" without the quotes.
4. Exit the launch options menu and prroperties menu and launch the game.
5. The console will automatically open on the first time, but you can toggle it open and closed by pressing the console key, which I think is ~ by default (I rebound mine to + on the numpad".
6. In the console type "dota_full_ui 1."
7. There will be a little sign that you can click on the bottom right to exit the map now.

You have to do this every time you launch the game though until you complete the tutorial. But you can go into your steam folder, into the dota 2 config file directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\cfg) and create a file called "autoexec.cfg" if it's not already there, then just copy the "dota_full_ui 1" command into that and save so that every time you launch the game it will automatically show the little exit sign ont he map. There used to be a command to just remove the new player thing completely, but they disabled it.

Also, some cool launch option commands to change the color/theme of the dota menu:
Blue international 2012 theme: -international2012
Green international 2013 theme: -international

did you type it with or without the quotes. if you typed it without hte quotes then i don't have a solution for you because i've never had the problem myself.

It was probably bumped because some people(like me) can't see the "find natch" button. Seriously, can't dota 2 stay bug free for a whole week at least?
