Dota 2 Graphics Problems.

I have a Toshiba Satellite l300-1dn
This is what I have:

: Intel® Pentium® dual-core processor T3400
250GB
DDR2 RAM (800 MHz)
Mobile Intel® GMA 4500Mno

Can't think of what else I'll need to list down but basically I want to know what I should set my graphics to on Dota 2 because when I play normally its like Jumpy when I try set my settings to high but its when I set it to low I can't see ♥♥♥♥ and its very poor gaming quality.. Just for notice I have Heroes of Newerth and it runs that perfectly with good graphics so what could be the problem?
