Help please for the sake of dota's salvation! Cannot enter any host...

Hi guys! I've got a huge trouble to start playing. My system succeeds to run the game and to find a host. But when all 10 players confirm their presence and the screen of loading appears, nothing happens. I cannot enter the match. Instead of this, an error appears. Translated from russian, it sounds like "Disconnect. The game failed to connect to a server". And this appears all the time. I have tried to fix it but nothing helped. OK, here are the details:
I don't have firewalls
Windows brandmauer is off
I can play other online games
I tried to reinstall steam and dota 2 client
Steam cloud is off
My current location is Central Russia
In WC dota I have a good win rate and I want to punish ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in dota 2, but I can't!
Can anybody tell me anything?
