Ranking system for dota 2

its been too much time since we all wait for the new ranking system.
atm i really want to know what is my status to lvl up a rank but i cant cuz nathing show it.
also this k/d are really bad idea i hear few ppl talked about it that thisw is how system work and its lame.
i spend hrs of hrs on playing dota and i still dont know where im at.
pls some officer post will very help in that case its really make me sad that none of officersw can confirm one and for all that there willl be a rank system or there will be not.
i need to know what im gona face.

so how do i check when do i go up? do i need to guess? :o

You can go to recently played games and look yourself up in the different brackets to tell if you're in normal, high or very high.
