Your muting policy must be reviewed
Your mute system is retarded. Change it. The abusive and truly offensive players now report everyone they deem "nub". Now they not only flame and ruin other players games by voice/chat harassment (which can be turned off by any player at their choice with the in game mute function) They also are now are able to spam reports on anyone they want and proceed to ruin that players future games for no reason what so ever. Totally destroy team communication. Add players that are muted and ping spam all game, because they can do nothing else but play alone and die with no option of team play calls. Your wheel system is totally rudimentary. If you think that makes up for no voice/chat then add things like Gather Here/Thankyou??/Enemy Spotted, and many other essential communication phrases that the players are completely cut off from communicating.
