Bloodseeker...change?
I'm not entirely sure if this is a buff or a nerf. A longer Rupture but without the guaranteed damage. Thirst has a lower vision threshold and the bonuses now scale with the enemy's health. Bloodrage has blood bath tied into it, but doesn't increase damage as much and increases the damage you take.

Blood Rite doesn't really help against his weaknesses either. It seems like the silence from Bloodrage got mixed with Rupture's damage and became a skill that tries to do a lot of things. It also makes his use of Force Staff...weirder.

I miss Blood Bath already, jungling with Bloodseeker will be much more...interesting...

A) Why were you jungling with him in the first place all he has was survivability
B) I have no clue as to buff/nerf either, and apparently so does valve, He's out of captains mode.

Well, the old 9 second silence and rupture combo was a nightmare for supports.
It took away the 2 things you could do to stop a gank, use spells or run.

This was a nerf, a heavy one.(IMO)

Bloodseeker's forte was pickign people off, something that a lot of heroes can easily stop with CC as he has no burst and pretty poor damage abilites without farm. His silence helped stop that and allowed him to harass early game.

That silence and DoT is gone now unless someone stands inside a visible symbol for three seconds.

The new Bloodseeker seems even weaker than previously on first impression. Hopefully my impression is wrong.

Maybe the new skill can help black hole....?

That new skill seems like Invoker's EMP with longer range. Not sure if it is a nerf, but without blood bath, laning stage would be a nightmare, and jungling is worse...

They turned him into a support, litterally took away all of his damage and farm capabilities, gave him an aoe silence, a mediocre cc ult, and a free hero vision which no longer gives steady dps. Looks like Valve actually does read the forums.
