Here are all the problems: Children, People that rage when dying and yelling into their mic really loud, Feeders (not Russians or South Americans forget about them and leave them alone for once), Techies, Stunning, Heroes that silence you, players who abandon, team that doesn't listen and Chen or Io teleporting you to base and a ranged attack coming to you that does not stop no matter where you are that kills you (examples are in the fails of the week videos by dota cinema ).

Ricers aka non-stop farmers. They typically never leave their lane, even if theyre getting repeatedly ganked and killed. They have no intention of helping the team either. Their goal is to farm for 50 minutes then hope they can win a game by themselves - sadly they usually suck at farming either way.
Also Tinker - at the moment that hero promotes too much solo play and ricing everylane by yourself for an hour. Usually the opponents cant do anything about it early too because soo many march of machines. Really extends games and makes it boring for everybody including tinkers team who is forced to run around. A fix (that might break tinker so I dunno if its any good) could be that rearm doesn't work on items, or at least just not on boots of travel.

On mmr or not... They pick s-hitty heroes! I mean, they (random players on team) pick fast and go rambo with pudge and tinker and the other SOLO HERO - not a good team fighters - BUT invited me said they are pro team and ♥♥♥♥.
