About the international 2014 ticket transfer

My friend bought me tickets and wanted to transfer it to me, I contacted Ticketmaster and was informed that the ticket couldn't be transfered. Anyone knows how to solve the problem?

the ticket cant be transfer ... once bought it will direct attached to your account (in this case your friend account)

Yes, but please note that if you’re picking up your badge from Will Call, you will have to contact Ticketmaster and request a badge holder name change.

So, I contacted TicketMaster (04/21/2014 01:44 AM) and this is what they wrote about transferring:

We wish that we have better news, but unfortunately, Ticket Transfer is not enabled for this event. All USA orders will be mailed out via standard mail and international orders will be held at will call.

Ok, what about an any way of transferring a ticket to me?

Regretfully, if the tickets are being held at will call, your friend will need to be present to obtain all the tickets. If the tickets are being sent via Mail Delivery, your friend will have to make arrangements to get the ticket to up prior to the event.

Well, what about a Mail Delivery?

We confirmed that US mail is not available for the event question. This means the tickets will be at Will Call and the cardholder and guests attending will need to be present at the same time to enter the event! The reason is because the actual cardholder must be present to retrieve the tickets. The person who placed the order will need to present the three items below to pick them up! We politely ask that you don’t leave home without these three things!

• Photo ID
• The Ticketmaster order number
• The credit card you used to buy the tickets

Also, Will call tickets are generally available an hour before the event.

I guess that KeyArena is going to be empty
