Why are english canadians so easy to piss off?

Every time I run into an english canadian they start insulting everyone and mute you if you defend yourself. Is it the culture over there or something? 9/10 french canadians I meet are totally awesome to play with but anytime it's an english canadian its always a tidal wave of insults, even if you're carrying them.

I don't get it. Do they not have access to weed in their part of Canada or something?
