Hero Freeze?

hi all, why my hero get freeze and can't move, this happened to me twice by now, and i think its begin from the last update that i download yesterday, this happen as if i have network problem, so i disconnect, and then reconnect it, but when the game start, my hero stack on the ground, its not a network problem i think, because everything run smooth, but my hero just freeze, the motion working though, but can't do any action, skill nor move

Do you mean as in that you can see other players moving but not you?
