How about making a 4th dragon form called Arcane, its auto attacks would cause the enemy spells cost +50% mana for the duration of the debuff.

I would just give him +stats and make the dragon either all black or all white.

+10 str
+10 int
+10 agi
+10 armor
+10 movement speed

basically makes the dragon form a bit more powerful but you sacrafice other items to get the aghs.

Or give him permanant dragon form, but he looses the stun and gains a passive slow when in range of the dragon

Just make it a toggle ability with different advantages in each form.
