hahaha, no. Bloodseeker is much more picked than Riki. He's much more effective than him, but still falls behind at top tier games.
The problem is that i'm still new to this game (274 hours on DOTA2 is very low) and i have to content myself seeing Bloodseeker being picked every 9/10 matches
