Low FPS Dota 2 Reborn with GTX 980M Graphic Card under any graphic setting

[DOTA8 Plus]

First of all my laptop specs：
CPU : i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
RAM : 32 GB
System type 64-bit
Graphic card : Intel HD Graphics 4600 & GeForce GTX 980M

I used to play dota 2 with fps above 40 at least.
I updated my dota 2 game recently to dota 2 reborn, and my fps dropped significantly.
The average fps I get are around 15-30 with it rarely above 30.
Regardless of my graphic setting : low middle high or ultra the fps stays the same !!!!!!!!
I know I can play farcry 4 with 40 fps on high setting, same with fallout 4.
I just don't know what's going with this new dota 2 reborn!!!!!!!!!

I have tried many way which I will list below, none of them is working for me so far:
1) Try both 32/64 bit of game (doesn't help)
2) Put -dx11 -dx10 or -dx9 in launch option, for -dx9 I get minor improvement (about 2-3 more)
3) -gl with open GL support, doesn't help
4) -high doesn't help
5) Reinstall dota 2 game without Premium Store & Dota 2 reborn DCL doesn't help
6) Lower all the possible graphic setting doesn't help
7) Updated Nvidia to most recent drive doesn't help
8) Swap between integrated and GTX graphic card doesn't help integrated graphic card has fps 10-20 on average


Can anyone help me to fix it?

me too man maybe gtx 980m isnt supported or idk..

There was one version of nvidia drivers that was messing up everything, like 364 maybe, i went back to 362

did you untick vsync??????

when you tick vsync, it will cause your fps to be stuck at 60 or below.

make sure you are running steam and dota 2 only.

i guess this problem about driver NVIDIA and dota 2 at UHD is not working perfectly.
when i change my resolution back to HD my problem is gone :)
