Failing to ready up or abandoning my game

Sometimes when I ready up, I get stuck at the loading screen without getting into the game and then I return to the main page, got low priority games or banned from finding match for 24 hrs. I so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pissed right now? How is it my fault when there's technical issues involved??

its your fault because its your pc that is not loading the game

But they banned me from finding games for not readying up and abandoning when i did not. They should do that to people with connection problems then.
