limited account unblock plz without purchasing items

i have played dota2 ,1790hours.. y still i can't add friends? i just want a add some of my friends..so plz unblock it i dont have money for remove limited account....if some one played so many hours like i am plz unblock all the account ...y valve dont do this to poor pepole.....adding freind is not a crime..wtf dude grow up....

It exist to reduce scamming accounts....i think you should grow up and find a job...play 1790hours of free to play game and refuse to spent 5$ just for some benefits once.

Is not like you had to pay 5$ each month to continue unlimited access.

my point is if some one play like i am thats not scam account i always play dota ...we are leveling up in dota2 ...they can categories some limitation to dota2 level...thats wt i m talking about ..as a example....if u pass level 25 or 30 u can add friends to ur account like that.....u knw u can play rank match when u reach lvl 8 like that ...thats wt i want....they can do that man this is all about bussiness not gaming i hope u can understand wt i m trying to tell...this is not about me

Reason behind why Valve implement limited accounts is to reduce scammer in the game. For me that is vital point and crucial to maintain safety trading.

and how it reduce scammer amount? they just adds you and after scam instantly remove not like you have to be their friends anymore lol

Im not sure you serious or just stupid....if people scam now you can report it and valve can take action..instead just scam and create new ID so even people report it wont do anything.
