you propably got fished and put your account's info on some website that looked like steam

change your password asap if you were phished and look at your recent trades to see who it went to

Why do you click links that people send you? How old are you, 8? Never click a link that someone posts randomly in chat.

well this is the second time i got hacked but before i dont know what happend i left for a week and got tf2 vac banned while i was on hoilday

did the webpage you enter require you to enter your login details?

if you did then you have been phished if you entered any login details and a file named steamlogin.exe or something will have downloaded.
i have nearly been phished lots of times because of csgo lounge and dota lounge
