This problem seems to be Windows only. I suggest to look into having a Linux partition and dual-booting.
Considering your comments I can see you have your eyes and ears closed regarding Linux. Don't be surprised when more and more people dump Windows to move over. BTW enjoy your cracked version of Windows.
What?? What does that even mean? I'm pretty sure the game can even render at 4k... As far as I know the game isn't upscaled? Source?

Thanks but this is my first ever post on the forums haha. I agree with you being a Windows issue. I feel as if an update around November last year for Windows 10 changed something to do with my mouse cursor sensitivity etc. Would you recommend maybe reinstalling windows 7?
