i7 8700k poor performance

So I just got i7 8700k and dota 2 runs really bad at it fps raning from 140 to 80 Lol? and stuttering like hell

Anyone got this issue?

Do you have Vulkan DLC installed for Dota 2? Right click on the Dota icon in your steam library and see if its installed.

Make sure you're actually using your GPU rather than the i7's integrated graphics

lul stable 144fps with i7 6700 and gtx 1070

try directx11,vsync-on and screen window without borders.. is good setting for me without problems on gtx1080

I turned vulkan on and the difference is huge lol now its 120-140 with small hickups here and there

yep it works better with vulkan!
