LIKE WTF STEAM? seriously youre gonna ban ppl from playing coz we cant connect in which we have no control over and absolutely doesnt make sense more than that it takes 24 hours plus? is that what we get from buying stuff from you? we get banned coz of ♥♥♥♥ you cant fix?

I have the same problem with you bro.. I got 2 PC with different MsWinOS versions..tried everything for 5 days.. but still nothing happens...

*sigh* check your internet before playing, not that hard, just look up internet speed test, see if it's good, check DotA 2's ping to your closest server, see if it's good. If you still fail to connect, wait at least 1 hour, and probably at max 5 days. Test your connection by joining an arcade match, start it, see if you connect if you don't, there's an option in the settings, that changes the way ValvE handles your internet. There are two options: I have a high internet speed. and, I have a slow internet speed. If you choose the 2nd one, it should be easier to connect to your games. You could also test to see if you can connect to a game by joining a bot lobby.
Please, please don't attempt to join a game after the 20 min ban, test it many times until you're sure you can connect, then they to join a game.

actually I ve been discovered the problem. it's your internet I mean ISP. I changed the ISP and done. I just dont understand, my ISP that cant connect match is working as usual for browsing, etc
