Does anyone use it? Is it even good in any situation?

Definitely not out of the question if you have an Alch to feed you it.

It is some extra cooldown reduction. I'd only take it if I'm the only reason we're winning and I need my ult up as much as possible.

Isn't that a reason why you'd take Octarine?

The item then is refresher not aghs.

Suppose you're right. Octarine should bring it down further than aghs making ahgs overkill if you decided to get it.

Guess you'd be right there too but that's 875 total mana and CK is very limited in pool and regeneration.

Brings it down to 97.5 assuming I'm using the calculator right.

It's not really for 2 in 1 fight (you can't even use 2 at once since it removes the old illusions), it's more like say you have a teamfight, die and then buyback you then use refresher so you have another ulti if the fight is still going or to defend high ground. Or you win a fight but then use the 2nd ulti for the seige.

Most of the time a refresher will be in backpack or stash.

He also has a 20% cd talent at 25.

I know, I was thinking about mentioning the cooldown on Aghs Octarine and the cd talent in that comment.

I didn't though because I'm too lazy to try and figure out the total cooldown reduction between Octarine and the talent.
