Volume Control?

Tried asking in Support and got no response, so figured I'd try here. Is there any kind of volume control options in the game? I was trying to play while in a Skype call with someone, and it blew my ear drums out. Even turning it down by adjusting it in the Windows Volume Mixer didn't seem to change anything
