This game is nearly flawless in most regards. Ignoring the boundaries of realism for the sake of fun, SR3 delivers greatly. The world of Steelport is decently designed, though slightly small and lacking in uniqueness or variety.
And that's the only things I can possibly say bad about this game.
The main missions are fun, whacky and enjoyable. The side missions are also great in diversity, compensating for each one's repettive objectives. The game offers plenty of choices and freedom for the player, with tons of clothing, ability to customize your character into anything, restarting missions whenever you like, free cheats, gameplay choices, and everything in between. Only one lacking is in the array of weapons available, though the upgrading feature compensates for this.
Best part I find of the game is the simplicity of acing it. Collectibles aren't excessive, you do city takeovers to complete more and most importantly, nothing feels too long-winded and stressful. Well, except for the 60+ challenges.
SR3 is a game made for enjoyablitity and it succeeds in such. It takes pointers from past sandbox games and the SR predecessors to end with improving in all aspects. Nevermind the fact that it's alot less grounded and strays too far from the past games, this just makes it more unique to stand out from a certain other game franchise called GTA.
